Eastern Coalfields Limited, having its office at Mugma, P.O. Mugma, P.S. Nirsa, District Dhanbad to forthwith take appropriate steps with respect the representation filed by to the petitioner (Kaveri Mukherjee), whereby the petitioner has alleged that M/s. Eastern Coalfields Limited, Mugma Area, 2025:JHHC:37175 District Dhanbad has wrongly provided employment to Shri Durga Das Mandal and Ashok Mahto (brother of Shri Tapan Kumar Mahto) on the basis of false and wrong reports; alternatively And/Or (b) To forthwith terminate the employment given to Shri Durga Das Mandal and Shri Ashok Mahto (brother Tapan Kumar Mahto) who have obtained employment on the basis of acquisition of land pertaining to the petitioner;” 2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there are one or other observation by the Executive Authority, which are without jurisdiction. 3. Such dispute can only be resolved by the competent Civil Court. 4.
