1. Learned AGA accepts notice for respondent No.3.
2. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i. Issue a writ of Certiorari or any other writ quashing notice dated 26/04/2018 in No.PAPAMC ANADHIKRUTHA KATTADA TERAVU VAHI No.8/2018-19/52 passed by the Chief Officer Pattana Panchayath Siddapura (UK) produced at Annexure-A. ii. Issue any other writ or directions to meet the ends of justice.
3. Memo dated 21.01.2025 has been filed signed by the petitioner and the counsel for the petitioner, which reads as under :
