Lab Technician in the year 2005. Ever since her appointment till date she has been discharging her duties with utmost devotion and dedication. At present, she has been working at Pamidi for the past 6 years. To the ill-luck of the petitioner she is subjected to acute ill-health. Petitioner is the single lady and no one was there to support her at Pamidi. Her parents, who are residing at Ananthapuramu, are also suffering from acute diabetes and need regular medical care. Petitioner made a representation dated 19.07.2024 to the respondent to post her in a clear existing vacancy at C.D.Hospital Ananthapuramu, which is vacant since 31.07.2024, but the request made by the petitioner was not considered till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed. Heard Sri C.Srinivasa Baba, learned counsel for the petitioner and the 3. learned Government Pleader for Services-ll appearing for the respondents. On hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the 4. petitioner has submitted representation, dated 19.07.2024 to the 1®' respondent requesting to post her in a clear existing vacancy at C.D.Hospital, Ananthapuramu, which is vacant since 31.07.2024, but the respondent authorities have not considered the said representation, which is illegal. arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner requests to pass appropriate orders. V I. 3 5. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents opposed for grant of any relief in this Writ Petition and prayed to dismiss the same. 6. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, the 1®' respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 19.07.2024 submitted by the petitioner within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
