The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Telco P.S. Case No. 127 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 389 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 103 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of Mr. A. Aqueeb, learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. On 16.11.2024 between 10:00 A.M. to 12:45 P.M., father of the Informant namely Sunil Singh was shot dead by unknown persons near C2 Talab, Telco, Jamshedpur. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered on pointing out of this petitioner. It was also submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co- accused. It was finally submitted that several similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as co-ordinate Bench of this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Mr. A.
