The present bail application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with FIR No.120/2024 Police Station Rajakhera, District Dholpur for the offences under Sections 143, 323, 341, 336, 504, 506, 452 & 379 IPC. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press the instant bail application at this stage. However, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the concerned trial Court, therefore, he prays that a direction be issued to the learned trial Court to consider his bail application expeditiously on the same day. 3. Accordingly, this bail application filed under Section 482 B.N.S.S. (438 CrPC) is dismissed as not pressed at this stage. However, it is directed that if the petitioner surrenders before the concerned trial Court on or before 31.01.2025 and applies for regular bail, the learned trial Court shall consider his bail application on the same day in accordance with law.
