Case No. 21 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 111, 61(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, Sections 25(1-B)(a), 25(6), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. 3. On 08.03.2025 at about 5:15 pm, Karra police intercepted co- accused persons while they were travelling on a motorcycle near Ronhe forest area. On search, fire arms were recovered from their possession. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was not apprehended at the place of occurrence and his name has come in the confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that co-accused persons, who were apprehended at the place of occurrence, have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti, in connection with Karra P.S.
