Petitioner is serving as Junior Basic Trained Teacher at GPS Kail, Education Block Sangrah, District Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh, stated to be a sub-cadre/hard area. Petitioner’s grievance is that on completion of requisite tenure at the aforesaid station, he preferred a representation on 30.09.2025 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.3/competent authority seeking transfer to soft area of his preference, -2- however, the said representation has not been decided till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.3/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 30.09.2025 (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law and applicable Transfer Policy, within a period of three weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
