1. None appears nor is any representation made on behalf of the petitioner to press this petition on repeated calls when the case was called out.

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following prayers:- (i)That, the petitioner above named most respectfully prays to this Hon’ble Court to call for entire record for its kind perusal. (ii)That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 5/1/2018 (Annexure -P/1). (iii)That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the jurisdictional court below to prosecute the respondent No. 1 under Section 420 of IPC. (iv) Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper, may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.”
4. Under such circumstance, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter any further. Hence, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the petition.
5. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed on this ground alone.
