Act, Police Station Cyber Crime, District Gautam Budh Nagar. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant contends that the accused-applicant has been implicated in the present case, wherein he has no role in the incident as only Rs.25,000/- has been transferred from account of Kuldeep as a personal loan. The account of Sadab, Khushi and Kuldeep, who are insurance agents, have been used for transferring the amount of Rs.22 lacs, transferred by informant, who has been duped by accused Alisha and Naresh Mishra against whom F.I.R. has been registered, who are main accused, and have not been arrested so far. The accused-applicant has no role in the present matter. The accused-applicant has no criminal history, though is in jail since January, 2025. It is prayed that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the accused has no criminal history. The charge- sheet has been submitted. There is transfer of amount in the account of accused-applicant from account of Kuldeep. The accused is involved in cyber crime, which is an organized crime, as such bail should be denied to him. 4. This court has taken into consideration the rival submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 5. The record prima facie, reveals that accused-applicant has been charge-sheeted in the matter of cyber crime, wherein the informant has transferred Rs.22 lacs to the account of three other accused. The role of accused-applicant is merely of getting Rs.25,000/- from the account of accused-Kuldeep. The accused applicant is working in the insurance cell of HDFC bank.
