(Oral) Learned Senior Counsel representing the respondents, on instructions, states that save and except arrears of revised pay- scale, all retiral benefits including gratuity and leave encashment, stand paid to the petitioner, which fact has been fairly acknowledged by learned counsel representing the petitioner. 2. Mr. Kuthiala, learned Senior Counsel representing the respondent-Corporation, states that issue with regard to payment of revised gratuity is pending consideration before the competent Court of law and as such, same shall be released, as and when issue is decided by this Court. 2 3. In view of the above, present petition is disposed of at this stage, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh execution petition for release of balance amount, on account of arrears of revised pay-scale, if petition pending before the Coordinate Bench of this Court is decided in her favour.
