The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dhurki P.S. Case No. 19 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 115(2), 103(1), 324(4), 351(3), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 3 / 4 of the W.P. Act, pending in the court of Sri Kamlesh Behra, learned J. M., 1st Class, Nagar Untari, Garhwa. Petitioner along with co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the deceased, due to which he succumbed to his injuries. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Kamlesh Behra, learned J.
