Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following relief:- “I) That a writ in the nature of certiorari may kindly be issued, thereby, Order dated 21.09.2005 (Annexure P/7) passed by the Respondent No.3, Order dated 22.03.2010 (Annexure-P/8) passed by the Respondent No.2 as well as Order dated 29.09.2012 (Annexure-P/0) passed by the Respondent No.1, kindly be quashed and set aside being wrong and illegal one after upholding the Order dated 22.04.2000 (Annexure-P/4) passed by the Respondent No.4, after taking in to consideration the latest Report of the Tehsildar Annexure-P/15, and facts of the case, in accordance with law in the interest of justice and fair 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:36839 play.” 2. The order of the Financial Commissioner is dated 29.09.2012, which the petitioner intents to assail by way of this writ petition alongwith the orders passed earlier which led to the passing of order dated 29.09.2012. This writ petition has been filed in the month of October, 2025. The Court fails to understand what has taken the petitioner 13 years to assail the order passed by the Financial Commissioner. Therefore, obviously as the writ petition is hit by delays and latches and as the petitioner cannot be allowed to assail the order passed by the learned Financial Commissioner as far back as in the year 2012, this petition is dismissed in limini, Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any also stand disposed of accordingly.
