Petitioner is presently serving as Shastri in GSSS Sural, E/B Pangi, District Chamba, a tribal area. His case is that, on completion of requisite tenure of service at the present place, he preferred representations on 18.05.2025 and 17.06.2025 (Annexure P-3 Colly) to respondent No.2/competent authority, seeking his transfer to a station of 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - choice also detailing therein his adverse family circumstances. Grievance of the petitioner is that the aforesaid representation has not been decided by the respondents till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable notification/policy within a period of three weeks from today.
