Pursuant to the order dated 15.07.2025, petitioner No. 2 Deepak Singh (husband of corpus) was directed pay the legal expense of Rs.30,000/-. Therefore, petitioner No. 2 Deepak Singh has produced the Demand Draft in favour of petitioner No. 1 Radha (corpus) of Rs. 30,000/- bearing No. 075139 dated 24.07.2025 which is taken in original and sent to the office of the Registrar General. As no one has appeared on behalf of petitioner No. 1 Radha (corpus) to collect the Demand Draft, the same may be collected from the office of the Registrar General of this Court at the earliest after verification of necessary documents/ID etc. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
