Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mahuadanr Mahila P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 727 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 69, 126(2), 115(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is aged about 20 years. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Latehar, in connection with Mahuadanr Mahila P.S.
