2. Petitioner is serving as Ayurvedic Pharmacy Officer in Ayurvedic Health Centre, Lapshak, District Lahul & Spiti. Her case is that on completion of requisite tenure in the aforesaid hard and tribal area, a representation was preferred on 08.11.2025 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.3 for transfer to soft area of her preference. The grievance of the petitioner is that aforesaid representation has not been considered as yet 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes.

Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, but without examining the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 08.11.2025 (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of three weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
