By means of the present application under Section - 528 B.N.S.S., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Rampur to expedite the proceedings of Case No. 393 of 2023 (Diksha Vs. Amit Kumar), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station - Milak, District - Rampur, and to decide the same within time stipulated by this Court, which is pending before the aforesaid court. 2. Perusal of record shows that applicant has filed the aforesaid case under Section - 125 Cr.P.C. on 03.07.2023 before the Family Court concerned and the case has not been decided so far. A prayer has been made that the Principal Judge, Family Court, Rampur may be directed to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case and to decide the same within a specific time frame. 3. In view of aforesaid, the Family Court concerned is directed to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case and to decide the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of copy of this order before the court concerned, provided there is no other legal impediment. 4.
