By filing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the petitioner prays for restoration of Criminal Appeal (D.B.) No.122 of 2023, which was dismissed peremptorily, as the defects were not removed as per the direction of this Court vide order dated 10.06.2024. 3. Ms. Suman Roy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office within two weeks. She also submitted that she will ensure that the appellant-petitioner does not remain unrepresented during pendency of Criminal Appeal (D.B.) No.122 of 2023. 4. In view of the aforesaid submission, Criminal Appeal (D.B.) No.122 of 2023 is restored to its original file. 5. Learned counsel representing the petitioner is directed to remove the defects as pointed out by the office, within two weeks. 6. Accordingly, this Criminal Misc. Petition stands allowed. 7.
