Heard Sri K.Chidamabaram, learned Senior counsel assisted by learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. Learned Senior counsel would submit that the petitioner is facing matrimonial disputes with his wife and that there is threat of being implicated in further false cases. It is further submitted that the petitioner is being prevented from visiting Narasaraopet to collect his passport from the Hon’ble Court. 3. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that this Court may pass appropriate orders. In the said circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to appoint Sri Billac Ahmed Syed, learned counsel, and Sri K.V.M.
