After having heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a request to issue directions to the Assistant Charity Commissioner to decide in a time bound manner the pending Change Reports being Change Report Nos. 413 of 2017 and 564 of 2018, and subsequent Change Reports. 2. Considering the time since the Change Reports are pending decision, we dispose of the petition as withdrawn with directions to the Assistant Charity Commissioner to decide the pending Change Reports as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 6 months from today, provided, of course, both parties co- operate for expeditious disposal of the Change Reports. 3. Accordingly, we direct both the parties to appear before the Assistant Charity Commissioner on 09.07.2026 and further not to seek adjournment unless there is an extraordinary contingency, but to the satisfaction of the Assistant Charity Commissioner.
