This matter has come up in the list at the behest of the petitioner for correction of the judgment dated 25.03.2025 wherein the following mistakes have occurred: i) In the first paragraph the date of the order has been recorded as 26th May, 2024 instead of 26th May, 2004. ii) In the same paragraph the order dated 31st March, 2004 is mistakenly written as 31st March, 2024. iii) At paragraph 4, the dated has been wrongly typed as 1st January, 2023 instead of 1st January, 2003. iv) In paragraph 5, the date 9th January, 2023 should be written as 9th January, 2003. v) In the paragraph 5 also the case number has been wrongly recorded as FMAT No. 2194 of 2023 instead of FMAT 2491 of 2003. vi) In paragraph 5, another date is also wrongly written as 26th August, 2023 instead of 22nd August, 2003. vii) In paragraph 7 the time mentioned as 2.00 p.m., should also be corrected as 9.00 p.m.. viii) In paragraph 9, the order has been wrongly appearing as 31st March, 2024 instead of 31st March, 2004. 2. Since the aforesaid mistakes are apparent and ministerial in nature, Office is directed to correct such mistakes as pointed out. 3. The other portion of the said judgment shall remain unaltered.
