Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sandeep Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. The petitioner by means of the present writ petition have prayed for the following relief:- " Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 11.09.2020 passed by the State Government, rejecting the revision filed by the Petitioner under Rule 78 of U.P. Minor Minerals (Concessions) Rules, 1963." 3. Sri Sandeep Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the controversy in the instant case is settled by judgment of this Court in a bunch of writ petition leading of which is Writ-C No.- 13948 of 2020 (M/S Shalimar Stone Crusher Thru. Prop. Labh Singh Vs. State of U.P. Thru. Secy. Geology and Mining and others). Accordingly, he submits that the present writ petition may also be decided in terms of order passed in Writ-C No.- 13948 of 2020 (M/S Shalimar Stone Crusher Thru. Prop. Labh Singh Vs. State of U.P. Thru. Secy. Geology and Mining Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Nipun Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. M/S Shivam Mineral Industries Stone Crusher .....Petitioner(s) State Of U P And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) and others). 4. In view of submissions advanced by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, the impugned order dated 11.09.2020 is quashed and the writ petition is allowed in terms of direction contained in order dated 19.11.2022 passed in Writ-C No.- 13948 of 2020 (M/S Shalimar Stone Crusher Thru.
