Status quo was directed to be maintained with regard to the possession of the petitioner over the scheduled property. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the orders, the respondent Bank was trying to initiate action for dispossessing the 2. petitioner. 2 3. Learned counsel for the Bank, however, states that the order passed earlier in W.P.No.21145 of 2025 was not brought to their notice. Be that as it may, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Debts Recovery Tribunal to pass appropriate orders on the application bearing I.A.No.3052 of 2025. Until such time as the same is decided in accordance with law, status quo be maintained with regard to the possession of the petitioner over the scheduled property. No order as to costs. 4.
