According to the petitioner application seeking restoration stands filed and the same is still pending adjudication before this Court. 5. It is further submitted that the petitioner has conducted the final examination of the students for 1st to 5th class and all the students have been declared “Pass” and now the result has to be confirmed by respondent Nos. 3 and 4 for the purpose of authenticity of the result declared by the petitioner, however, the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are not declaring/confirming the result of the students of the petitioner-academy for the session 2024-25.
