The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 111/2024 arising out of Littipara P.S. Case No. 03/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 336/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 147/ 148/ 149/ 341/ 504/ 506/ 323/ 324/ 325/ 326/ 307/ 302 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.S.J., Pakur. 3. On 23.01.2024 at about 9:30 A.M., the petitioner and co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted Philim Kisku due to which he succumbed to his injury. 4. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and co-accused persons. It was further submitted that co- accused namely Maran Kora Marandi @ Rameshwar Marandi @ Rameral Marandi and Rajesh Marandi have been granted bail by this Court rearlier. 5. Learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J., Pakur in connection with S.T.
