Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Sundernagar, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Virender Singh Kanwar, learned counsel representing the respondents, states that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated stands duly complied with. 2. Having perused the aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds that sums of Rs.15, 55,191/-, Rs. 9, 42,540/-, Rs. 86,853/- and Rs. 62,869/-have been paid to the petitioner, vide cheque No.303441, dated 17.07.2025, cheque No. 347865 dated 17.09.2025 and cheque No. 352268, dated 12.12.2025 towards DCRG, leave encashment alongwith interest on delayed payment, which fact has been fairly acknowledged by learned counsel for the petitioner. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, same is disposed of.
