Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 10.09.2024 passed by Additional Commissioner, Judicial, Meerut Mandal, Meerut in Appeal No. 1742 of 2023 Computer Case no. Harpal Singh Versus Gram C202311000001742 Sabha and others [Annexure No.1 of the petition] and the order dated 17.7.2023 passed by the Upper Up Ziladhikari, Meerut Mandal, Meerut in Suit no. 13219 of 2018 Computer Case No. T01811520103219 Harpal Singh Versus State of U.P and another [Annexure No 9 of the petition]. 2. Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents authority to mutate the name of the petitioner in revenue record in place of Gram Sabha in Khasra No. 105 Raqba 0.253 Hectar situated in gram Ikala, Pargana Tehsil and District Meerut and declare the petitioner Asankramaniya Bumidhar as aforesaid Banjar land." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, petitioner has a remedy of filing a second appeal under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy, as available to him, under the law.
