(Currently In Sub Jail Deeg, Rajasthan). ----Petitioner Versus State Of Rajasthan, Through Pp ----Respondent [2025:RJ-JP:3407] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-13911/2024] For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Shivam Sharma Mr. Ravi Kumar yADAV For Respondent(s) : Ms. MANJU Dave, pp HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRAVEER BHATNAGAR Order 23/01/2025 These instant bail applications have been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-petitioners. The petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No. 637/2024 registered at Police Station Kaman District Deeg for the offence under Section 303(2), 317(2), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 61(2) (a) of BNS and Section 66-D of IT Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the accused petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Counsel further submits that offences alleged to have been committed by the petitioners are triable by Magistrate. The accused-petitioners are in custody since long and the trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, the petitioners may be enlarged on bail. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor opposes the grant of bail applications. Considering the arguments advanced by the counsel for the parties and looking to the fact that the case of the petitioners are triable by Magistrate, without expressing anything on the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the accused- petitioners on bail. [2025:RJ-JP:3407] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-13911/2024] Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioners 1. Wajid Alias Vijji S/o Abid, 2. Hasan @ Shahrukh S/o Chuttu, 3. Pawan S/o Late Shri Mahesh, 4.
