HON'BLE MR JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: Wherefore, in light of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to -
1. Issue directions to the Bengaluru CEN Crime PS,to expedite the process of investigation in furtherance of the complaint and FIR dated 09.05.2024, registered in Cr.No.0162/2024, for the offences punishable under Sections 66D and 66C of IT Act and Sections 419 and 420 of IPC, pending on the file of the Hon'ble Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bangalore Rural, in Annexure A, and file final report in furtherance of the same within a period of one week. 2. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that despite lapse of more than 7 months after registering FIR in Crime No.162/2024 pursuant to the complaint filed by the petitioner, the respondent-Police authorities have not filed the final report even to this date and as such the petitioner is before this Court by way of present petition.

3. Per contra, learned Addl. SPP submits that if reasonable time is granted, the respondent would complete the investigation and files the final report in accordance with law. 4. Submission is placed on record. 5. The petition stands disposed off directing the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report a expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
