The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking following relief(s):- Digitally signed by MOHAMMAD AADIL KHAN 2 “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records pertaining to the case of petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in nature of mandamus whereby to direct to the Respondent Authorities to release the amount of arrears to the Petitioner amounting to Rs.4,56,176 (Rupees Four Lakh Fifty Six Thousand One Hundred Seventy Six) with interest. 10.3 That, any other relief or reliefs may also be granted to the petitioner which this Hon’ble court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would restrict his submission to the extent that the present writ petition pertains to payment of arrears of revised pay scale to the petitioner who is presently working on the post of Panchayat Secretary in Village Pandhayat Harchauka, Janpad Panchayat Bharatpur, District Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur (C.G.) and Respondent CEO Zila Panchayat Koriya-Baikunthpur vide its order dated 17-09-2020 provided revised pay scale from 27-01-2016, but the amount has not been paid to the petitioner till date, for which he has moved his representation on 30-12-2024, but the same has not been decided till date and no arrears has been paid to the petitioner. Therefore, the authority concerned/respondent No.5 may be directed to decide the representation dated 30-12-2024 (Annexure-P/5) of the petitioner within a stipulated time-frame. 3. Learned counsel for the State would submit that he has no objection that if such a direction is given to the authority concerned. 4. Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, respondent No.5 is directed to take a decision on the representation dated 30-12-2024 (Annexure-P/5) of the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law and relevant rules and circulars after verifying service record of the petitioner. 3 5. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order before respondent No.5 within two weeks from today. 6.
