Roy appears for the respondent states that he has no objection for the transfer of the above matter from the Court of the Family Judge, Dharmanagar, North Tripura to the Court of the Family Judge, Agartala, West Tripura. Therefore, this application is allowed and T.S.(RCR)No.19 of 2025 on the file of the Family Judge, Dharmanagar, North Tripura is transferred to the Court of the Family Judge, Agartala, West Tripura.
