Present petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the impugned first information report dated 07.03.2025, registered in case crime no.58 of 2025, under sections 318(4), 338, 339, 340(2), 111(3), 274, 275, 3(5) of BNS,2023 and section 60(2) of U.P. Excise Act, Police Station Kanth, District Moradabad and further not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to said FIR. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. 4. Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
