The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.147 of 2025 arising out of R.I.T. P.S. Case No. 101 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and charge has been framed under Sections 115(2), 118(1) 117(2), 109(1), 352/ 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Seraikella. On 27.10.2024 at about 3:30 P.M., there was some altercation between the informant party and the accused persons over flow of drain water. The altercation resulted in a free fight. It was submitted that the parties have settled their dispute. It was further submitted that there is general allegation against the accused persons. It was finally submitted that co-accused Sumit Kumar Gupta has been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide A.B.A. No.5393 of 2025. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Seraikella, in connection with S.T. Case No.147 of 2025 arising out of R.I.T. P.S. Case No. 101 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) December 4, 2025 Jay/-
