2. By way of this revision, the applicant has prayed for following relief:-
“It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to allow this revision and set-aside the impugned conviction and sentence of the applicant.”

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the parties have entered into a compromise in the Lok Adalat and the matter has been amicably settled between them.
