Superintending Engineer^ that if a consumer disputes the correctness of the meter, the same has to be resolved by the Electrical Inspector upon an application being filed by a party. In the present case, learned single Judge has recorded a finding that on the relevant date, the respondents in the writ petition had no jurisdiction to decide the meter dispute. ^ 2001 (5) ALT 274 (FB) 2 2 ^ 0^ , HCJ a RC, J W.A.
