Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Bhandra P.S. Case No. 84 of 2022 corresponding to G.R No. 95 of 2023 for the offences registered under Sections 307, 452, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and cognizance has been taken for the offences under Sections 307, 452, 506, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-A), 26(2), 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga. 3. On 05.12.2022, the petitioners along with co-accused persons are alleged to have fired outside the house of the informant. Nobody sustained injury in the said firing. 4. It was submitted that several similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench as well as by this Court. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga, in connection with Bhandra P.S.
