Today, learned State counsel has produced the death certificates of both the appellants, which show that appellant No.1 - Sodi Munna @ Sonde Munna has died on 05.03.2018 and appellant No.2 - Dudhi Ganga @ Dudhi has died on 18.04.2022. 3. Learned State counsel submits that the said fact has been verified and confirmed by the report sent by the concerned Police Station. 4. In view of the above, Death Certificates of both the appellants be placed on record. 5. Accordingly, the Appeal preferred by both the appellants is disposed off as having been abated.
