Thakur Chand vs. Sneh Lata RSA No.221 of 2025 09.07.2026 Present: Mr. Maan Singh, Advocate, for the appellant. Mr. Narender Guleria, Advocate, for the respondent. CMP No.16133 of 2026 The instant application has been filed for extension of time to comply with order, as passed by this Court dated 25.09.2025. As per the said order, the operation, execution and implementation of impugned judgment was ordered to be stayed, subject to deposit of entire decretal amount within a period of four weeks from 25.09.2025. It has been stated in the application that on account of unavoidable circumstance, the said order could not be complied with and now the applicant has arranged the amount and a copy of Demand Draft amounting to Rs.7,66,800/- has been prepared and the same is appended with the instant application. Learned counsel for the non-applicant has no objection in case the application is allowed. Consequently, in view of averments as made in the application and in view of no objection, as imparted by learned counsel for the non-applicant, the application is allowed and the Demand Draft which shall be filed by learned counsel for the applicant during the course of the day, shall be accepted and deposited with the Registry of this Court.
