G JHANSI The Court made the following: ORAL ORDER: Heard Sri Eluru Sesha Mahesh Babu, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Ms. Talari Rajeswari, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner; Sri K. Arjun Chowdary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and Ms. G. Jhansi, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.8. 2. Sri K. Arjun Chowdary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Tahsildar, Chennekothapalli Mandal, dated 08.01.2025. Copy of it is served on the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. Ms. G. Jhansi, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.6 would submit that she had entered appearance by filing Vakalat today. 4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, it is admitted by the Writ Petitioner as well as the Unofficial Respondent that the Unofficial Respondent has filed O.S.No.355 of 2023 on the file of Civil Judge (Junior Division, Ananthapur) for Permanent Injunction. It is also the submission of the learned Counsel appearing for Unofficial Respondent No.8 that the Unofficial Respondent has also filed Interlocutory Application seeking Temporary Injunction, but no Orders have been passed. 3 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case, it appears to this Court that there are disputes with regard to the correct identification of the property and that the only method by which the lis between the Writ Petitioner and the Unofficial Respondent No.8 can be resolved is by conduct of proper survey. However, since the Suit is pending before the Civil Court (Junior Division) Dharmavaram, this Court deems it appropriate to direct both the parties to approach the Civil Court by filing appropriate Application for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner and for conduct of survey by the Revenue Authorities under the supervision of the Advocate Commissioner. 6. Upon filing of the Application, the Learned Judge is requested to consider the same on merit and in accordance with law and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from today. Both the parties are directed to co-operate with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the Applications which are now sought to be filed. 7. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. 8.
