For a limited prayer, this writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the Rent Tribunal, Jaipur Metropolitan Jaipur to decide the Original Application No.181/2017 expeditiously. 2. The contents of the writ petition indicates that an application under Section 9 of the Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001 was submitted by the petitioner before the Rent Tribunal in the year 2017 and the same is lying pending for adjudication on its merits since last more than eight years. 3. Keeping in view the aforesaid fact, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the expectation from the Trial Court to decide the said application expeditiously as early as possible. 4.
