Learned counsel for the petitioner would restrict his submission to the extent that against the impugned transfer order dated 26.06.2025, the petitioner moved her representation on 10.07.2025 before the Transfer Committee as provided under Clause-8 of the Transfer Policy dated 05.06.2025, however, till date, the Committee has not taken any decision on her representation, and therefore, the Committee may be directed to take a decision on her pending representation within reasonable time frame. Learned counsel for the State does not have any objection, if such a direction is given to the Committee to decide the pending representation of the petitioner within stipulate time frame. 3. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by the petitioner, and also considering the fact that representation of the petitioner is pending since 10.07.2025, without entering into merits of the case, the Transfer Committee is directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law on its own merits, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order to the Committee within a week. 4. With this observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
