Learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his submission to the extent that against the impugned transfer order dated 26.06.2025 the petitioner moved her representation on 04.07.2025 before the transfer committee as provided under Clause-8 of the Transfer Policy dated 05.06.2025, however, till date the committee has not taken any decision on her representation and therefore the transfer committee may be directed to take a decision on her pending representation within reasonable time period. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by the petitioner and also considering the fact that representation of the petitioner is pending since 04.07.2025, without entering into the merits of the case the transfer committee is directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law on its own merits within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order to the transfer committee within a week. 4. With the aforesaid observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
