The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “.... to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in sending the call letter or intimation letter to the petitioner for the post of Office Attendant Multipurpose by sponsoring the name of the petitioner for the recruitment commencing from 03.07.2018 even though petitioner is fully qualified for the said post as illegal arbitrary and discriminative and violative of 14, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and Consequently, direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to participate in the recruitment process for the post of Office Attendants Multipurpose commencing from 03.07.2018.” 2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 2 3.
