When the matter is taken up for consideration today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. On earlier occasions also, i.e., on 26.12.2024, 05.02.2024, 06.03.2025 and 10.07.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. 3. Sri J.Dileep Kumar, learned counsel for respondent No.5, submits that the respondent authorities have complied with the order dated 22.01.2024 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.1509 of 2024, hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the Contempt Case. 3. Recording the submission of learned counsel for respondent No.5, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
