Respondents ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., The advocate commissioner appointed in this application has repossessed the vehicle and handed over custody of the same to the applicant. A report to that effect has also been filed by the learned advocate commissioner. The vehicle was seized at Bangalore. The advocate commissioner seeks for payment of additional remuneration. The advocate commissioner was initially paid with a remuneration of Rs.25,000/-. The applicant is directed to pay an additional remuneration of Rs.20,000/- to the advocate commissioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2. Despite the applicant having effected substituted service, pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, the respondents have not entered appearance. Hence, they are set ex-parte by this Court.
