Today, when the matter is called, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that they filed a memo, dated 21.02.2025 stating that the matter was settled between both the parties before the elders agreeing for mutual consent of divorce with permanent alimony. 3. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case. 4. Permission, as sought for, is accorded. f 2 5.
