ORAL ORDER (PER: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE VENKATESH NAIK T)
This contempt petition has been initiated against the accused for willful disobedience of the order dated 6-4-2023 passed in Writ Petition No.7642 of 2023 (S-RES), wherein the Executive Officer, Pandavapura, Mandya, was directed to consider the representation made by the complainant/petitioner therein within an outer limit of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of that order.
2. Sri Devendrappa H., learned counsel for the complainant, is physically present and submits for consideration of the compliance affidavit with liberty to challenge the endorsement/letter.
3. Sri M.S. Devaraj, learned counsel for accused No.2, is physically present and submits that he has filed the compliance affidavit of accused No.2, Sri S.M. Lokesh Murthy, Executive Officer, Pandavapura Taluk Panchayat, Mandya, consisting of paragraph Nos.1 to 8.

4. Sri Harisha A.S., learned Additional Government Advocate for accused No.1, vouches to the compliance affidavit filed by accused No.2.
5. Compliance Affidavit is taken on record.
