It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner has not been granted the benefits of 1st and 2nd Assured Career Progression Scheme, though he has completed the requisite criteria and has the necessary eligibility to get the benefit of the aforesaid. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is correspondence between the departments with regard to ACPs but no action has yet been taken. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that if the petitioner files a fresh representation before the Deputy Commissioner, Bokaro-Respondent No.2, his case can be considered and if necessary, can be placed before appropriate committee for considering his claim under the Assured Career Progression Scheme. 5. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Deputy Commissioner, Bokaro-Respondent No.2 within a period of six weeks, on receipt of the said representation, the case of the petitioner will be 2025:JHHC:32476 2 considered within a period of eight weeks. If necessary, the matter will be placed before the committee constituted for the purpose of granting ACPs. If the petitioner is entitled for the benefit, the monetary benefit should be extended to the petitioner immediately. If the claim of the petitioner is rejected, the reasons thereof should be communicated to the petitioner. 6. The entire process should be concluded within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 7.
