Heard Sri Kosaraju Venkatesh, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on behalf the respondents. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, by way of written instructions dated 15.09.2025, it is submitted that a complaint was lodged by one Chilaka Soubhagyam against the petitioner and her husband, which was registered as Crime No.260/2025 of Sattenapalli Town Police Station, under relevant provisions of BNS, and investigation is in progress. It is stated that the petitioner was called only for the purpose of serving notice under Section 35(3) BNSS and there is no interference in civil disputes as alleged in the present writ petition. 4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the matter before appropriate forum. 4 5. Considering the submissions of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly, granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies before the competent Court regarding the case registered against the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
