By way of the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking the direction towards the respondent authorities to decide the representation filed by the petitioner for demarcation and correction in the revenue records because several persons have mutated their names in the land records and have taken possession of large portion of land i.e. Khasra Nos. 17/4, 17/20, 29/2, 67, 93/1, 93/2, 98, 120, 110/2, 111, 115, 134 and other Khasra Nos. respectively as 17/4, 17/10, 17/19, 17/22, 17/23, 17/24, 29/1, 29/4, 29/5, 59/4, 59/10, 59/13, 59/14, 67, 115, 90/2, 93/1, 93/2, 98, 110/2, 111, 120, 134, 144, 150/2, 152, 59/12, 59/15 total Khasra Nos. 26, total area 34.37 acres situated at village Basin, Tehsil Pathariya, District Mungeli, C.G. 2. Learned State counsel would submit that they have no objection in deciding the representation of the petitioner. 3.
